After a torn and restored tissue effect the performertosses the restored pieces into the air where they changeinto a large spray of fine white tissue streamers. Thepack consists of 12 packages of throw-outs. Each throw outconsist of 24 spirals, twenty feet long. These streamersmay be used at any time, anywhere and the new design allowsyou to toss out a perfect streamer every time.
